Viviana is amazing! She is by far the most helpful life coach I have ever had, I tried a few other Consulatants/ coaches/ therapists, which are basically all the same thing. But Viviana gets down to the root of your issue, and from the first time we met I noticed a positive change and I am so thankful that I met her. I've got two other therapists that charge much more money and do not get to the root of your issue. They just waste your time and your money. I had a 90 minute NLP session with Viviana today and the first word that comes to mind is WOW! I have experienced NLP before, but never like this, with the constellation work.  When Viviana asked me a simple question at the beginning of the session: "What would you like?", my answer felt faraway into the distant future.  When we finished, I felt like I wanted already happened.  Most significantly, a neck ache/tension I have carried for years evaporated as easily as morning dew.  I keep rubbing my shoulders to find the ache, but it's no longer there.  Feeling grateful for the way Viviana held a space of deep allowing, compassion and interconnection.

I scheduled a session with Viviana to help me choose a dissertation topic which had been daunting me for several months.  In less than 90 minutes, I healed some childhood stuff that had been holding me back and left the session with a spaciousness inside myself and I chose my topic within one week!  I consider this a small miracle as I've done a TON of work with so many different coaches, hypnotherapists, and healers over the past year and was not able to generate a topic.  Viviana has a grounded, attentive, peaceful presence which helped me to go deeply into challenging areas without fear.  I had a breakthrough about my mother that I had been unaware of and Vivian was able to guide me through shifting it within 15 minutes.   The work Viviana does is profound and transformative.  I'm so grateful for getting unstuck and now am moving enthusiastically forward!

I feel so much gratitude to Viviana for helping me through a time of difficult transition in my life. My husband had passed away the year before, and I was a single mom trying to figure out how to go on. I realized that I didn’t want to spend any more time at a job that I didn’t like and that was burning me out, but I couldn’t imagine my next move.

Viviana's embodied sessions are amazing, both privately and in her group circles. I feel like I'm actually making progress by visualizing what I want need and exploring what stops me from getting there ... Her use of NLP (eye movement work) is extremely effective ...
